Change dimension precision grayed out on one dimension but not another.

Change dimension precision grayed out on one dimension but not another.

I have two revolve features one currently on and the other off.

The first angle dimension below has the round dimension grayed out so I cannot change the precision.

The second angle dimension (on a currently hidden feture) does not.

How can I change the first one so it can be edited.

This is a part with a family table so I'd prefer not to delete it and re-add it if possible.

I found a model of ours with the same issue (also family table - nut).  After playing with it for a while, looking for settings, I stumbled across Dimension format.  It was set to Default and I changed it to Degrees and everything was available but now I cannot change it back to "default" format.  Must be an artifact from long ago as this is an old model.
