Change name of axis labels of coordinate systems

Hello all,

I have a question regarding the axis labels of coordinate systems. I want to explicitly show that the axes of the coordinate system indicate the positive sides, with a + sign. For example Y+ or X+. Is it possible to edit the names of the axes labels. Or is there a option which I could check to show the + sign in the axis labels?
