Colour of Dimensions and Show Model Annotation (Drawing)

I remember that in my last company the dimensions just showed, in drawings obviously, with the command "Show Model Annotation", had a different colour between the others, and they changed colour when I repinted the screen by becoming as the others.

This thing has been useful because it allows to identify immediatly the last dimensions you've putted on the drawing and you can easily move/adjust by making more comprensible the drawing.

Now, evidently, on my system it doesn't work. Can you help me?
