Copy and Paste Parameter Values?

Does anyone know how to copy parameter values from one part into another? Both parts contain the same parameters.

Also, if I run across the case where I have different parameters, is there a way to copy both parameters and the values from one part to another?

Thank you all for the help

Start in the part or assembly that you want to copy from...

1. Right click on the first line of the part model tree and select, Edit Parameters.
2. LMB and hold... drag a bounding box around all the fields in the list (except for Intralink related ones).
3. Release the LMB and now single click RMB and select, Copy.
4. In the target part or assembly, right click on the first line of the part model tree and select, Edit Parameters.
5. In the top leftmost cell, RMB and select, Paste.
6. Pro/E will pop up a message related to the fields, but select, YES.
7. All fields with the original content will be copied over.

Hope it helps.
