Creating Flattening Harness

I'm starting to flatten a harness and can't get the manufacturing module to accept the harness part.

Steps:

Create new. Select manufacturing/harness. Enter new name for manufacturing file.

Menu pops up to select harness part. Select the harness part.

Menu returns to select harness part.

Selecting other harness parts works ok, just not this one.  It looks good in Cabling.

Anybody have any thoughts?

I seem to recall in some versions, the units had to be consistent between the manufacturing file and the harness part.
