Creating GD&T in Creo

I am looking for a way to create Unit Basis (Rate of Change) on a Flatness. I tried applying it in Annotate with a Composite frame, but it gives me a message stating that the "Per Unit Basis is not Compatible with the Specified Characteristic symbol." There doesn't seem to be a direct way to apply Unit Basis to Form.

I am also looking for a way to change the Tolerance Standard to ASME. It looks like ANSI and ISO are allowed out of the box. How would I add the ASME standard?
