Creo Parametric Model Retrieval

GURUS,

Has anyone running Creo Parametric 2.0 M010, had issues bringing Creo back up after a crash where you had an open model? When I go to open Creo it comes up with a Retrieval screen that I can not for the life of me click on. To get out I have to kill the process. Any ideas what files and where control this screen?

Creo leaves a process running in the background that you may need to kill before you can proceed.

Type this in a command line to test. If it works, add it to your startup script.

This does not seem to help. It seems to be something in the cache. I can rename my cache folder and it works, but then I lose all of my changes. Any other ideas what I might be?

We haven't run intothe exact issue but we diddiscover that going from Creo 2 F001 to M010 required .NET Framework 4.0 in order for the Learning Connector icon to appear and work. If NF 4.0 is not loaded, try that.It may be affecting the way the Retrieval screen appears.

Hi,
I have had this issue with Creo 2.0 M010 when setting config.pro option: windows_browser_type MOZILLA_BASED_BROWSER
Using windows_browser_type IE_IN_SEP_PROCESS make the buttons work on startup.
I did open a call with CS on this, but as usual, they could not reproduce the problem.
So currently we have to live with a slower Windchill in the Creo browser.
