Creo Schematics: Specified directory in location is not empty error

Creo Schematics: Specified directory in location is not empty error

 When I try to create a new project in Creo schematics, I get an error reading "Specified directory in location is not empty. What is causing this error? I am using Creo Schematics version 8.0.0.0.
