Hi Guys, In desperate need of your Help.
I want to setup Z-Axis to be vertical by default across Creo, But Y-Axis is Vertical.
Right now using Config.Pro Option, Orientation set to Isometric. Also created a Custom CSYS with Vertical Z-Axis using the same to calculate CoG & Inertia and File Import operations.
But every time I've to select this CSYS to consider it as reference and few users unaware of this unintentionally caused lot of issues.
I want to setup Config.Pro Option, Orientation set to user_default. Can someone let me know what angles should I use for x_angle & y_angle to get Z-Vertical.

There are different ways to handle this. I would avoid changing the default csys unless necessary. Why do you need to change it? The answer to this will guide you to the best option(s).

01 My Customer deals with 3D models from 3rd Party CAD where their Z-Axis is vertical. When they import that data, the Orientation is changing in Creo.
02 When they share these models for CAM Software, all CAM Softwares has Z-Axis vertical and need to change the Orientation every time.
Vertical is arbitrary in this context unless I am missing something. It does not matter what default orientation is. A user can still build a part such that the Z axis is not the vertical axis when the part is set up to make tool paths inside or outside of Creo. I deal with these issues constantly and have never made a change to the default csys orientation. You are free to do so but I would not do it.
To deal with both scenarios above you can add a csys that is oriented relative the default csys and then point the Z axis as you wish. I would just add a csys to my start parts and use that as the reference to import/export so you can change the orientation at will by modifying the second csys.
You can set the front view for any model based on the model geometry and then use automation to create any other needed views relative to the front view and change this on the fly.

With this approach, the default, built-in, internal coordinate system is 'correct', but you will need to swap the names of the FRONT and TOP planes so they agree with the coordinate system.

It's hard to tell with this color palette, but that really is the 'negative' side of the FRONT plane. (Which is correct since Y+ is going away.)
