Deleting Pattern does note delete quantity dimension in family table.

I am using Creo 9.0.8.0 and in the process of obsoleting some parts.

I delete a couple of patterns of parts (stacked on a skid), but the quantity dimension is left behind (orphaned?). Is this a bug?

FYI, The Delete option was used and not Delete Pattern and then Delete object that was patterned.
