When creating a new part from a template part containing Designated Parameters, using File, New, the users have
the opportunity to change the designated parameters as part of the new part dialog box.
When creating a new part in the assembly mode using the same template part, there is no opportunity to modify these
designated parameters. I would like to see the same functionality in this part creation mode also.
