Dialog Box

Does anyone know how to make it so the pop up dialog boxes always pop up in the same location in Creo 2.0? Also so they are always on top and you dont have to move windows around in order to get to the ones behind.

I guess i should clarify, i would like the pop up boxes to always pop up in the same spot and not move around as you make choices in them. In wildfire the box would always pop up in the same corner all the time. Creo it is a game as to where it will pop up next.
