Displaying filename

On my drawings (*.drw), I would like to display the filename of the part. I suppose there's a parameter that exists, but I can't find it. Thanks.

Thank you for your answer. But it doesn't corresponds to what I need. &model_name gives the name of the instance. In case of a model that belongs to a family table, &model_name gives the instance name and not the name of the file of the generic. Also, with the filename, do you know if it's possible to have the path of it ? Thank you.

Inorder to get the generic name displayed when you have an instance in session, do set the model as generic and then regenerate the drawing. Now you should be able toe get the generic name displayed (&model_name). Regarding the file path. It is not possible to get it -- This is what the PTC guys had replied when they were questioned( in this forum) -Chander.

Ok thank you for your answer. I was asking because I saw it one Solidworks drawing, and I found it could be useful !! 😕

Of course I did not mention it, but it's the parametric way which is interesting for me.

of course there are ways to work around but to fully use the potential of Pro/e Software ( parametric function) there are certain limitations.
