Double leader Lines from Note

Is there a way to create multiple leader that comes from both sides of note?

I wish to have lines started from both sides or at least from the bottom of the text.

Alternative solutions:

I can create a note with leader on the left and attach "empty note" on the right side of the existing one and attach leader to the right side. But there is not a satisfied solution.

Insert a note with leader, Select Note > Right Click "Add Leader" and select the second reference (this is for Creo 3.0 and later). 

For earlier versions, Insert Note > Edit Attachment > Add Ref > Select other refs using CTRL > Done.

This is what I already did. I am using Creo 3.0 and when I attach new reference (second and more) the line comes from the same elbow. As I said it is not the results I want to gain.

Ahh, I overlooked that. I there is no such Option...
