We are considering the pros & cons of having a huge 'DRAFT' emblazoned across our drawing formats, with the proviso that the 'draft' marking is removed when the drawing is released.
The thing I am having trouble with is how to make it happen automatically. I mean how to make a drawing note appear when the release state of the drawing in Intralink is not 'Released' and disappear when it is.
There must be an easy way. Mustn't there?
I welcome your suggestions on how to accomplish this, but also any experience you may have of such a plan and whether it proved sensible.
