Duplication of cavity assemblies failed message

Hello everyone! I stumbled across a problem while duplicating my cavity assemblies in creo for the emx extension. When you get your mold manufacturing components in the emx application you have to duplicate the cavity but when I tried I get this message and don't know why. The question is what can I do know and how can I correct this? Is there another way to duplicate this? Maybe manually?
