I heard that during development of WF3, Adobe didn't have a 64-bit version of Acrobat available and that's the reason there is no 'Save As PDF' button in one version of Pro/E WF3.
I never did attempt to verify this info, so it could be totally incorrect.
That is correct, Adobe had no support for pdf's on 64 bit machines until wildfire 4 was developed.
