Enhancements "mark up> shape" command. (Or, I will request a new function.)

Requirements:
I want you to be able to shape the region specified in the command to the geometry of the parts.
It can be performed in the specified area between surfaces.
That the region shape is on the quilt and on surface.
That the change of the area can be created by, followed by mouse drag the outline of the area.
It will be specified in the color area.
That you can specify the degree of transparency in the area.
It can have the connectivity of the leader from the text note.
That you have specified the extent to which the specified geometry from the angle of any view.
Current problems:
A feature of "mark-up> shape" is
Region shape that you specified when you rotate the view deviates from the specified point.
