Export STEP File with Curves

WF4, M220

I'm trying to make an export of a model so that the curves come in to the target system (Solidworks).  I'm using STEP, checking the box to include curves, but I get no curves in Solidworks.  The curves I want are on a layer, but the layer is isolated so the curves are visible in Proe.  These are projected curves on a surface.

What do I need to do to get my curves in SW?

OK, I should have tried reimporting to Proe first.  Curves come in fine in Proe; I guess it's a SW issue.  Big surprise.
