Exporting as .rbn

Exporting as .rbn

I am using Creo 4.0 M020, and I have a question on saving ribbon files.
 
When I try to create and EXPORT a custom ribbon in Creo, I only get the .ui option. I don't get the .rbn option.
(I was planning to use the .rbn to load from a C++ application).
 
Is there something I am doing wrong?

After custominzing the ribbon, it can only be saved as a creo_parametric_customization.ui file.  Saving it as a RBN file is not an option.
