The traceback log is for PTC tech support, not likely anyone here will be able to use it to help you. If you have support, then you can open a call.

If you suspect that it is related to the import of the IGEs file you can try this:

Open a new session of Creo and import the IGES file.

Once the import has completed, save the model as a Creo Neutral file format.

Close the model (IGES import model) and erase from RAM.

Open the saved Creo Neutral file and use that model for your modifications

generally, what do u think about this type of crash in PTC such as FATAL ERROR. and it happens too often.

so what do u think about it neglecting the import issue and trace back.

thank you for ur reply.

so generally what do u think will be the solution for this FATAL ERROR encounter and how to solve this problem?
thank you

Hi,

FYI in the past I met situation when fatal error was caused by improper version of graphic card drivers.

i dont think thatd be the case as only now i have this issue and before few months all were ok though.

and now after i reinstall creo again (without any issues) i get this.

so what do u think will it be ??

Hi,

try adding following option at the end of config.pro file.

graphics win32_gdi

FYI Windows OS is updating drivers automatically.
