"MB" is megabytes?
File sizes are usually shown in a directory listing of wherever you have your files, if you have the "Details" showing.
If you're trying to find this information from within Creo, I really don't know of any way to do that.

We have created family table of Assemblies, but we need the file size of specific instance of model, can you please suggest how to find it for that Assembly.

An instance is NOT a separate file so you can not have a file size for a instance. The generic of the family table is the file you can look at to see the file size in the folder it is in.
