I want to create the flexible PVC tubing for my assembly - routing is shown in the image.
I have created the tube using cartesian method from the staring coordinate system. i feel this is time consuming and losing time to fix the each location of the tube.
is there any faster and flexible way to do the flexible tubing something similar to creating the tube thru datum points/coordinate system ? pls help.
Creo has a curve through points function. You can use such a curve as the trajectory of a sweep to create the tubing.

If you are clever about how you build the points, then flexing the design and having the tube update could be pretty robust about regenerating without user intervention.
Thanks for the quick response. Appreciated.
My project team want me to use the piping module. They don't wan to go with the trajectory and sweep option.
But we want flexibility of trajectory and sweep option into piping. is there any best practice ?
There are definitely best practices for piping and it is good to find out what they would be for your scenario. I am not an expert on piping, but I think it involves specifying csys at proximal and distal end of the route defining the connections with intermediate points to guide the route through zip ties etc. Your tubing definition will take care of minimum bend radius.
There is quite a bit of setup that needs to be configured for routed systems modeule before modeling happens. This is to define the piping and connection constraints and the like.
Hopefully someone who is an expert on piping will clarify this for you.
Creo also has a routed systems module (optional for more $$) for piping which could be used to deal with this if you are routing a lot of tubing often.

From your screenshot, I'm not entirely sure what your trying to accomplish. Are you just trying to get the tube to run thru the hole? Are you trying to make it so when the assembly moves, the tube stays where it is suppose to?
You can add more points to keep a specific area straight (or change from flexible to straight pipe).
If you define your routing points thru moving parts and then regenerate, the tubing should follow the moved points.
