Hi how to create a text below the feature frame control ,not above.And the particular text should be moved along with feature frame whenever I move

Create a note or symbole and either "offset it" or relate it.

This brings up a good quetion, why isn't "additional text below" and option. The program give the option to place text above or to the right, but not below, or to the left. Is that something that should be an option?

I believe so. It's so wonky, I've created dumb symbols to use in some cases for GD&T. I'd LIKE to create a full set, like I did many years ago in AutoCAD, and use thiose exclusively, since dealing with that in Pro/E is such a PITA. One way or another, it all boils down to the competancy of the CAD operator, and I'd rather do what I need to instead of having the software try and understand what I want.
