I like the Creo tutorial. Last week I downloaded a tutorial for Brand A, and after many frustrating hours of working on it, ditched it and the program. Creo is much better.
However, I am stuck on the second Creo tutorial. In Step 8, it contains the following instruction: "Press spacebar, click [tangent line icon] on the Option Mini Toolbar (OMT), and draw a circle (radius 25 units) such that the earlier line is tangential to this circle also. This circle is at a distance of 49 units from the end of the line."
Now I am sure the above makes sense to folks who already know how to use the program, but I have spent a couple of hours trying to get this to work and have failed. I can get a tangential circle at some odd distance from the end of the line or I can get a circle centered on the lower line and 49 units from the end. How does one do both? There seems to be some steps left out. (When I hit the space bar, it moves the tutorial instead of bringing up the little menu.)
Each time I perform an action on the drawing, the tutorial disappears. Is there any way to keep it on the screen?
Thanks,
Bob
Which tutorial in particular are you referring to?
You can paste picture here. This might be useful. Just save a screenshot locally and use the little camera icon to navigate to the file.
