How to adjust line distance in CREO Drawing Text

How to make the text underline not too close to as shown in image attached?

Seems to be a function of things like line thickness settings for text, etc.

Had the samne issue with ProE 19 when I started in year 2000, Now after a decades gap looks like no one realized to fix it. Changing the default set separation of letters with line. My still option then and now I guess: Sketch line, place at good low, group it .
