How to apply variables to an assembly?

Is there a tutorial that gives instructions on how to apply variables to an assembly? The

assembly grows in height and width?

Hi Ed, Check out LearningExchange, http://learningexchange.ptc.com, it's a new site from PTC University which offers free short tutorials on how to do something in PTC products. If you don't find what you're looking for, feel free to use the "contact us" link at the bottom of the page and make suggestions on what you would like to see!

I found one called ProE/Program Primer. It was a good place to start. But I realized

that I needed to locate some information on the syntax required to use it. I also need

to figure out how to establish dimension labels.

I wish I could help, but syntax and dimension labels are not in my area of expertise. Hopefully another member can assist.
