How to bend a tab up in Creo Parametric

Curious how others would bend this tab up on a 45 degree angle while maintaining tangency between the tab and the radius (no extra bend radius added.)

I've tried warp but it treats the surface like the slots aren't there and deforms the material on the outside of each slot.  I'm assuming sheet metal won't work since this is not a ruled bend.  I would really like to deform it in a way that both the tab and the surround area remain planar and the deformation only exists in the area where the cutouts are.  Any suggestions?

Last time I needed deformation like that I ended up using the Warp feature.

Might be tricky on this one.

A real bend of something like that will have a twisted or stretched area so you may have to cut it out completely and replace it with a sweep or add a surface and thicken it.
