How to change company name in drawing title block

There is a block over the title block containing the company name/logo and I need to edit this infomation.

edit the drawing format

open the .frm and edit accordingly

Is it in a symbol that is called and placed on the format?

You will need to do the edit at the format level, not the drawing level.

You probably have a format file for the title block. Look for the .frm file. You can open the format and edit it.
