How to export .obj format file?

Others want .obj format file,but I have no idea to export it, when I select save as...,and choose the .obj extension, I can't add any prt,I searched the forum,get little information.So,help me everyone.

Add > Select the parts (from Model Tree or graphics) > Ok > Select the coordinate system > Ok.
