How to save or export a drawing from annotation in DXF DWG?
Thx
Click on "Save" and use the file type "DWG" or "DXF".
Thats all.
If you are using the free "Express" version of Creo Elements, it is not posible to save DWG or DWF files from Annotation.
Hello,

As workaround without 100% result
For example, to use it as a contour for laser cutting.
Make in Annotation a big scale of the view that you want to export.
For example, 10:1, this will reduce the possible inaccuracies by a factor of 10.
Choose a large drawing frame as A0 and move the view somewhere to the border.
Print this drawing 1:1 as a .pdf.
There are programs that translate .pdf in .dwg .
For example:
http://www.backtocad.com/engl/engl-pdf-dwg.html
The trial version of the program puts a stamp in the middle of the translated .dwg.
If your view is not covered by this stamp you can use it.
Delete all what you don´t need and reduce the scale to 1: 1.
Done.
Best regards
Thanks!
Like Friedhelm said. A free program to convert (vector) pdf to dxf is Inkscape. This program is free and open source, and doesn't need installing so you can run it at your workspace without admin hassle.
