I created a tapped hole and added a cbore. Now when I go to show the dimension of the hole only the tap size and drill size show up in the dimension/note. No cbore diameter or depth appears with the tap information. Outside of manually adding the cbore symbol along with its diameter & depth to the note, is there a way have this done automatically?
We are using WF4
TIA

To see and edit the files that drive the hole text go to: c:/program files/ wildfire4 (or where ever your load point is) .../text/hole/
you will file the .hol files there. If you edit these, the next time you up date pro-e you will over ride your edits and the files will go back to where they were.
Here is what I do.
Created another directory some where on the network drive called "holes". Then I placed the attached files in that directory. Go in to pro-e and add the option "hole_parameter_file_path" and set it to where ever you placed the directory "holes".
You must exit pro to get this to take affect.
The next time you create a hole, the note will be what I think you are looking for. You can modify the .hol files to be what you are looking for. If you have any problems let me know and I'll try to help you.

Not sure about WF4, but in the past you have to delete the "note" in the
model and edit definition of the thread feature which will regenerate
the note. The problem is that the note is created when you FIRST create
the hole and it doesn't "adjust" when you redefine the hole. The "note"
will be internal to the hole, like this:
At least this is what I recall...
Thanks...
