I suppose to create a Hatch 3D portion on model Please help me for same.

Hi Ashwin,
I don't believe this is possible. The cosmetic sketch can contain hatching, but it's still a 2D sketch. You can try to copy and paste the desired surfaces on top of themselves, and then add an appearance to the pasted surfaces.
