In 2D Drawing GD&T secondary unit mm tolerance not rounding up

I am trying to put up gd&T in a drawing which was prepared by someone earlier. Now when I put any gd&T the primary unit 0.001 the secondary unit comes to be [0.02] instead of rounding up to 0.03. In previously made drawing the values are rounded up.

See attached image. The red encirceld one is the new gd&T I put today.
Does  anyone know how can I round it up? I am using Creo 4.0.

Any help on this is highly appreciated.

Thanks so much!

Check what the current setting of "gtol_secondary_value_precision" is for your drawing. It should be "round", not "truncate"

To access the setting:

File->Prepare->Drawing Details

then select the "change" next to Detail Options
