As I've posted before, we need to migrate our Intralink 3.4 to Windchill, either PDMLink or Intralink. The "Managing Windchill" thread was an eye-opener. Before I can bring this to my superiors I have get the costs together for all the various options. They always require at least three sets of quotes. PTC has provided their quotes so I need two more, two more firms/consultants that are willing to quote against PTC's "partner".
We will of course need training. Chances are we will be using our PTC/U for most of the users but it's likely we will need admin training. It's likely that you can tell me what our needs will be than I. PTC/U is nice because it is always available for new users & re-learning forgotten stuff.
So if your interested in this project, send me a message. Our set-up is not large, five seats of Pro/Ilink,around 20 gig ofdata in 3.4, very little in the way of family tables, we did not use any of the workflow/approval features.
PDMLink or Intralink, we won't know until after all the costs are gathered.
