Involute creation Method

1) Create required parts as displayed

2) Make the gear fixed at default location or fully constrained.

3) Put link with pin joint with gear.

4) Put pinion with pin joint with link.

5) Make cam connection with rec part and gear, similarly with pinion and rec part.

6) Put gear connection with gear and pinion(PCD shall be proper).

7) Put a servo motor at the link.

😎 Run analysis and trace curve. ( as displayed in last picture)

This is how it generates invoulte.

I have also uploaded the original files.
