When using wildcard this regular expression like syntax is supported in Windchill search:

852d[0-4][0-9][0-9]* which will give you all from 852d000* to 852d499*.

A short update: This syntax can only be used in Number, Name, etc fields

It is not supported in the Keyword field used by Index Search.

We opened up a caseto find out why the searchusing brackets "[ ]" was not working for us in WC10.1 M020. Tech support replied with answer of "not available OOTB". According to PTC tech support, customization will be needed to enable it.

This capability would be nice OOTB.

According to our help documentation for Windhcill - Only "*" and "?" can be used along with";".

Example - m97-6016*;a16-601?.prtresults inm97-6016.prt,m97-6016.asm, m97-6016.drw, m97-6016-000.prt along with parts ranging from a16-6010.prt to a16-6019.prt.
