When creating a manufacturing assembly of the type harness one cannot choose Use default template, which is available when choosing the other MFG assembly types (NC Assembly, Expert Machinist, CMM). This results in that there are no parameters (among other things) in the created assembly, which causes a problem when uploading to Windchill because of the missing parameters.
The product idea/suggestion is to make this option available for Manufacturing type Harness (as well as Sheetmetal and Process Plan).
