As a math activity we would like to capture data about the slots (darker lines in the image below) the cars follow. We want to know the total length of each slot and how many inside radius curves and how many outside radius curves each one has. Based on track tests, we will then come up with a formula to predict how quick each track will be.
Can anyone suggest ways of capturing the track length and number of each radius curve from the Creo model? Possibly a measurement/analysis or maybe intelligence built into the part files that is combined in a table/report at the assembly level.

You could include a pair of curves in each track section and use a length measurement assigned to a common relation name. In the assembly, you would add up all the relations and format a report.
The inside vs outside curves may need to be assigned in the assembly if you need to know the ratio of these unless you specifically make an "inside" and "outside" curve and use them appropriately.
BTW: an inside curve to one racer will be an outside to the other But I know what you are getting at.
