Missing Library and start files

I have  users that are having trouble getting start files. When creating new parts they only get the PTC supplied defaults. They also do not see the Pro/Library option when opening files. They are able to navigate to the Windchill templates manually and open so access isn't an issue.

The config pro and sup being used are the same as every other user as they use a start up script. Windchill server is setup the same. We have tried clearing the windchill workspace cache and reinitializing the server connection. Any ideas?

Have the users used the same Server name? In my config.pro when using wtpub:\\<Server_name> the Server_name must be the same when registering the Windchill server to Creo so everyone is using the same to locate the Windchill folders. I just a user who had not followed my directions and named it wrong so they could not open files.

Yeah it should be. We've done both tried a few times and they followed our documentation each time. Their set up is the same as mine as far as I can tell. I did have another user with the same issue but it randomly resolved itself after a restart. No luck for the other user though.

Did you ask them to export out their current session to make sure that the paths are correct?

Are the paths specified in their setups absolute paths? Have had troubles in the past when people were using mapped drive specifications (i.e. "W:\") to specify paths to libraries and such. People would copy the config files from others but not realize that the same drive on their computer was mapped to a different letter, like "X:\".
