Hi Binh Nguyen,

Thanks a lot for your help. it worked the way i wanted it to be. Extracted core cavity out of your suggested parting surface and the machined tool worked absolutly fine.

Thanks,

Hi Binh,

Hope you are doing well, and sorry to disturb you again.

I was following your suggested method to create parting surface for another similar kind of axial fan model having 3 blades. But i am now stuck after creating the boundary blend feature.

Request you to help me with the steps ahead, also below is the link to the model i am able to generate surfaces so far!

It appears you are trying to create a parting line on the "top" of the fins, but the part was designed for a parting line on the "bottom" of the fins. And you can follow the transition line around the center piece.
