Moving "Insert here" not working while recording screen.

Sometimes moving "Insert here" in the model tree is not working. Now I tried to record my Creo window while moving the "Insert here" and it did not work. I stopped recording and suddenly I can move it again.

I am recording with "Screenpresso".

Why does this happen?

Hi,

if "Screenpresso" does not work with Creo, try using another tool, for example Screencast-O-Matic (https://screencast-o-matic.com/download).

Good test bench.

Both Screenspresso and Creo heavily leverage the Graphics Card.

Try and update the driver or download and the latest versions.

Alternatively use another screen recording software.
