Hi all,
Is it possible to run an contact analysis on an assembly where you have 3 components and the one in the center has Hyperelastic material properties?
The 3 components are not bonded and the middle one is a rubber part not bonded to the outer 2.
Thanks

Hi All,
From what I can tell, the answer is No to the question above.
I keep getting a message saying "Contacts will be treated as Free Constraints" and I see no load transfer between the hyperelastic material and the outer housing.
Bonded constraints seems to be the only way to transfer loads when dealing with parts with hyperelastic materials (rubber / elastormer parts)
If someone has found a way to include contact constraints I would be interested to know?
Thanks
