Odd patches blocking my surface analysis

Was trying to analyse reflections on my surface, it results in weird patches blocking the reflection, any advice to change config settings to get rid of this?

It appears you have two congruent surfaces which is causing the interference patterns. If there is an extra surface, hide it.
