Off set lines in exploded view

Hello,

What is offset lines in exploded view..How to do the same?

In general offset lines in an exploded view show the path between parts indicating how features align like the center of a screw having a line to the hole or nut it assembles to.

Does these lines automatically added by creo? If not, how one can add those? Sorry for too basic questions...Actually I am into toolkit customization.

They can be created when creating the exploded view. In View Manager under the Explode tab select Edit and the drop down Edit Position. In that screen use the Explode Lines.

Wouldn't that be great?

I've often wondered why they aren't automatic. Or why automatic creation couldn't be turned on or off.

If I have not provided proper constraint to assembly, How can I modify the lines?
