PDF release notes for Creo parametric 1 & 2?

Does PTC still publish release notes in PDF format?

I need to send something to our engineering management to justify the upgrade from Creo Elements Pro to Creo Parametrics 2.

I looked in the reference documents, and find nothing there.
But I did find this link:

Although this is a useful tool, I need something simpler.
Even if full release notes are not available in PDF, is there some kind of summary document of the enhancements?

What's New PDF is available in Creo Help Center under Books.

Thanks to all that replied.

I was able to get the "What's New" PDF for Creo Parametric 2.
However, it appears that Creo Parametric 1 does not have a "What's New" document.

Creo Parametric 1 is already at end of life, no longer supported as of Oct, 2012.

PTC has confirmed that they never did create a "What's New" document for Creo Parametric 1.
There is an SPR for this which is expected to be addressed "soon".
