Partial View Spline Line Not Visable

I am trying to show the spline line on my views, but it will not appear.  I have the box checked to show spline boundary on view.  Anything else I can look for?  One thing I did notice is that the partial view spline line will appear with just doing a projection view, then a partial view.  The line is removed when you incorporate a section view onto the partial view.

I found the problem, you have to include quilts in  the sectioning function in the model for the boundary line to appear.
