Passing a function information to a plane

I would like to transfer information by the functions that I use in my 3D on plans, let me explain.

For example when I place a chamfer on a hole, I would like an annotation to automatically appear on its plane (the best would be directly with an arrow but if it was noted in a corner it would already be great)

I know how to use the macro, the relation, the model parameter ... but even with everything that I cannot find (the solution I see would be to go through the PRO license of creo which I do not have 😕 )

thanks in advance

This is a two step process. First place the chamfer, and then use the annotation tab to create an annotation on the chamfer itself. The is the MBD way.
