Pre assign Assembly constraints to a part

I can't remember how to do this. I have a standard part and want to pre assign assembly constraints in the part.

Example: always use a certain axes and datum plane to assembly my part.

Component Interfaces is what you want. In Wildfire 5 it is:
Insert | Model Datum | Component Interface...
