We have a division in Japan that we need to work with from time to time. They have a separate Pro/INTRALINK 3.4 installation, while we are still running 3.3. Both sites are using Wildfire 2.
I have been able to get a separate 3.4Japanese Pro/I client up and running, I can successfully check out files, etc. The problem comes when working in Pro/E - the retrieval time is terrible. What should take 10 seconds takes 5 minutes.
Any clues on what might cause this kind of behavior?
